Actually the placement was scheduled to settle today and the new shares to be issued tomorrow.
They announced that they had commitments for the $6M, I wonder if the clients of Hartleys and Cygnet can still back out of the deal. Probably not, so the 3B announcement should land later today or early tomorrow. Ouch!
