    im surprised a large USA Uranium user has not taken out PDN to lock in USA supply. with the world going Nuclear to save the planet you would think Utilities would start buying stakes in Uranium producers as car companies did in Lithium mines. PEN is my no 1 pick in Uranium space. good luck longs.
