One other point with SPP's, they usually lease themselves an out (within limits) that they can raise and more under given circumstances.
They do this when it suits ostensibly because holders may be angry and they could use the $. As I said the board are doing that post the raising so they have ( much) more information.

BTW my comments on the Spp rationing are pesonal. The emotional intelligent of you will allow for :

• The fact I'm not hurting as much as some
• am a holder myself and may be trying to game HC holders
• my track record is on show
• I hold Fluffy (Nymph) in high regard.
