100% agree with your point re. directors securing their wages. If that was their goal (to look after themselves) a bigger cap raise would've been the more obvious way to go. Instead, this option is a big show of faith in what's about to unfold. The directors would be well aware that if PwC is a flop, then this game is well and truly over for them. GLTAH.
