I also agree the SF walk was concerning especially if it was on upside deposit technicals
But, WRM have secured a very large placement at decent cost so that does say something
If they just consolidated on just a Rights issue then that would definitely prove your thesis, but no they didn’t they found a big placement and rightfully have to offer a Rights to get the placement approved by SHs
