I didn't say that. I said they need to call a Special Meeting before february 28 th 2025 in order to dispose of a major asset . They cannot dispose of Kat Gap without shareholder approal. I imagine this is no problem, given the way they have rigged voting up to now. In hindsight , the issuing if 500 million shares to LDA was to make sure they had the numbers onganised.They had the numbers to get this through after the last AGM. But LDA may need to give them the $400,000 as agreed, but it could be refunded if they get the 7 million off Bain, if CLZ sells Kat Gap.
