Bungalowbill, your response to my requests that you provide some proof of some of the claims you make on hotcopper are disgusting. No evidence, just filthy insults!

Readers of this Hotcopper forum must be wondering how much of the stuff you have been posting here has no proof, and has simply been fabricated by you.

You explain in your posts that you purchased some CLZ shares, and simply watched, while over a period of years, your shares lost value until they are now worthless. It appears you blame CLZ management for your poor share trading performace, and have embarked on a manic attempt to seek revenge by attempting to stop people from buying CLZ shares, which would also prevent others from selling their shares.

You have posted hundreds of posts over a period of several years, and have clearly stated in several posts that your aim is to stop people buying CLZ shares.To do that is attempting to manipulate the market, and is a criminal activity that you have openly confessed to.

It is an offence under section 1041a of the Corporations Act to try and manipulate the market.Given ASIC state on their website that investigating market manipulation is a priority, you are fortunate that a shareholder who wanted to sell their shares, or a CLZ employee or office bearer has not alerted ASIC to what you have been posting.

Proving that a Hotcopper post has been posted with the intent of manipulating the market might normally be difficult, but you have made it clear that your intent in posting about CLZ is to stop people buying shares, so this is an actual confession to an illegal activity. And if your "evidence" has been fabricated this may make the crime more serious.

You seem to have stepped up your revenge campaign lately, and it leaves you a bit like a lone shag on a rock.... an easily found target!

Think about what you are doing here on Hotcopper. If someone chooses to take civil action against you, you could lose everything you own.
