After going through the top 20 i'm confident that the BOT has been accumulating not selling down on behalf of 1 or more clients. The delay in receiving the kimberlite license has actually given the company a chance to tighten the register from the large amount of day traders LOM has attracted over the years. You can thank the BOT for making it so difficult for day traders to make a profit.
In my opinion those that buy and hold will now do the best as the BOT will continue to wipe out any day traders.
