Do GOR employ contractors - I do not know ?
Could even push the envelope further on non specialist requirements for UG .
Look at brickworks today , buying a health care company , pretty much agnostic on sector , just a way to diversify a portfolio , could be anyone as a potential buyer , buffet buys insurance companies and railways and computer hardware/software companies , does not worry him as long as he sees value .
