If I was the broker underwriting this deal, I would be happy enough picking up the shares not sold at 58 cents in the retail entitlement, especially when I have issued a price target far above that level.
Indeed, I might even keep the price down a fraction under 58 cents, to discourage shareholders from exercising their entitlement at a higher-than-market price.
Unless we get news (is news even allowed when a raise hasn’t been completed?), maybe we are going to trade at these levels until the CR is done and dusted?
