Not really a premium , think they were 10 cent rights , the company had been suspended from trading for something like 5 months ,until around March 2023 from memory ,. Towards the end some nice drill results came out from Never never , initial shares for a few weeks traded sometimes under 10 cents but it soon traded at 12 cents
I may be wrong on the exact details , but anyway if there was a premium it was immaterial in the course of history since .
