Based on comments from some posters it seems some think the SPR announcement is only about exploration.
IT IS NOT. SPR are planning to do a decline which they need to do before they commence underground mining. Do these posters seriously expect SPR to just sit on their hands for many months doing nothing but dig a decline and no exploration!
