Bringing out a drill ann with good results would be silly. Why raise before positive results, raise it after, unless there is mates you need to look after...
Is the 5% fee for placement paid in shares or cash? I couldn't see it in the announcement.
Overall the announcement gave some very positive vibes that the SP will launch in the near term.
