Well, you could be right - sharing caring, business relationship those are things - we can't be winning against.
This placement, most importantly had no negative impact on SP movements today. In first hour, it even went back up to 55c before retreat.
I'm more interested to see how many shares went to CATH/CATL. Even if 5-6m, from Thursday - their holding will increase to 15% and Dr. Bin's will come down a bit to about 35%.
That's still 50% between them plus the board, there is no way new comers or Bill can shake up, control the company's decision.
I can only guess but they did it similarly back in May. Well,...
