I'm really pleased with this. Don't worry about the discount, that's not what matters. What matters is:
- $130m shares post issue ~MC $53m at raise price.
- $14m at bank that will see completion of a massive amount of drilling, resource calc, pre-feasibility studies and the like.
- Quality register that just gets better and better. DVP's expertise in mining generally and underground esp brings a whole new dimension to things.
