I agree with your line of thought - the market is holding out until we get some certainty and start to walk the talk!
There is a degree of negativity around this whole HPA story - if IPT can validate their process and the numbers stack up in the PFS watch out, we should race out of the blocks and rival A4N IMHO!
What with the Arkun drill program, the PFS, and the processing plant developments, we should all be in for an interesting few weeks/months ahead!
Hopefully full steam ahead!
