QBL invested $750k in MCL.
They are not allowed to invest more unless they
re-comply with the listing rules.
October 2017 QBL reference 55% in MCL.
The 55% has been dropped this quarter and I haven't seen them
mention it recent announcements.
Last quarterly states there was $613000 raised through
issue of shares(MCL).
How much was QBL stake diluted by the issue of equity in MCL.
Proceeds from borrowings $$1327000(MCL) directly.
Is that loan to be repaid by MCL or is a c/note that will also
convert to equity in MCL.
Is it still 55% in MCL.
