Research is important for ongoing MM licensing I suppose, as I know that the CAN's permit requires to be renewed annually, but this project, as far as the announcement stated does not guarantee any future source of income, I am just struggling to see how this can be justified... am I missing something?
Is this just another essential step towards getting the permit? Or is there some other unspoken reason why this hefty project was given the go ahead?
Just can't make sense of it and can see this leading to more dumping in the days to come. Hope im wrong but sub 5s here we come again.
