Most good managment these days like to have the cows producing cash before they buy the farm so to speak. Why spend any CAPEX that could sit idley and become a liability, especially when your small and cash strapped.

Smart move if thats what occured. With them getting this far , with the resource they have, with a maiden pour, no debt etc etc etc thats all good. You really have to give credit where its due. sit back and just say, well done all now lets start looking forward to whats next.
