The ASX Listing is not a 1:1 share but a CHESS Depository Interest (CDI) 1:100 of PLL Nasdaq shares
NAS: $14 USD = $20 AUD (fx rate) 1:1
ASX: $20AUD ÷ 100 = $0.20 AUD (today SP)
in other words the HC market cap is WRONG
The market cap as listed on their website today is $263.36M USD = $376.23M AUD ballpark
