This is actually a good proposal if they can get it off the ground.
Good for SXL good for A1N.
There are major synergy benefits.
But A1N doesn't want, and righly so, anything to do with the regional TV division, this division will loose money, why acquire a loosing division.
The radio side, with transformation to digital, and with EBITDA starting to turn positive, well combine iHeart Radio and Listner, get rid of duplication costs.
Its a WIN WIN.
