re: Ann: A238 Assay Results and Exploration U... I'm a novice when it comes to REE operations but $750 Million CAPEX sounds very low to get any sort of mining operation off the ground... Is that from startup or is that the annualised cost from a bigger startup CAPEX?

If the startup costs are relativey low (say under $1 billion) and the potential value fairly high (let's take your $32 billion as an example) it should be very easy to get someone interested in a JV if they bring the CAPEX we'll bring the resource and they can have 50% of income if it comes to that.
