The ban was NOT due to labelling issues!
It was because one of the employees of Viplus reported that the company used expired milk powder to manufacture infant formula. So CNCA temporally banned Viplus to import IF to China. The ban was lifted a couple of weeks later after an investigation which showed that the allegations were unfounded.
