So Really, it sounds like Synlait appear to be blaming shortcoming on a2 when they are the ones who seem to hold the cards with the SAMR influence.. Seems a joke they expected more from a2 when they can't even provide a timely approval.. They have dropped ball here as likely if had pushed their chinese connections harder (bigger bribe most likely) they may not have had issue and a2 would have ordered more..
Maybe there could be some value in buying Synlait as then don't have to rely on what appears to be an incompetent hostile entity.. Then a2 would be able to have a greater influence on what happens with approvals.
This situation raises suspicion's are they attacking a2.. biding time on approval.. so price drops again.. either way it seems Synlait has to much influence over a2 price and need to be disposed of eventually.
