I don't think anyone is expecting A2M not to receive an approval (stranger things have happened at the FDA though) but for me it will be the amount of actual tins allocated to the USA that is announced in conjunction with the FDA approval that is important ... while it will be a temporary sugar hit to revenues unless it becomes permanent it really isn't as big of a deal as some are making out unfortunately.
You would hope that if A2M start supplying IF to the USA on a temporary basis under this waiver, that they use the time wisely and make a formal application to continue same on a permanent basis in the background ? Just my 2 cents worth ...
