Agree. What will come first, the FDA updates their website or A2 advising the market that approval is given?
Perhaps this announcement, "actively being reviewed" has been forced on A2 because they have no control with the FDA publishing approval on their website and they (A2) doesn't want flack should the approval come via the FDA website rather than by their own hands?
Probably neither here or there..........
