Well the for all we know you put is the problem, DB hasnt said a thing so all speculation. which is a major reason why the price is pitted. What is to stop Bright from going back on whatever agreement we can speculate was made.. nothing. What is the risk mitigation that a2 has put in place if Bright does something that undercuts a2 in anyway? There is nothing they can do now. Bright taking control of synlait has essentially removed a2s blocking stake. How will this be addressed? If you think this cant happen. ha. Only last year we saw synlait throw a2 under the bus for their issues which did major damage to the SP. Bright was there the whole time were they not... yes they were is the answer. Likely they had a part in it..
It cant be ruled out can it. Why else DB sitting on all that cash and not doing anything when it has been a major issue for years now that has hindered the price that there is no plan for the cash. Doing nothing about it... see drop yesterday..
