Yeaa so it was bright this whole time who was pulling strings. How is this any good for a2? Bright could easily pull production now and then what? force a2 price down more? given a2 at their mercy it seems due to failure by management.
A2 had a pile of cash and did nothing towards getting away from synalit despite this being an issue for some time. Now this seems even more odd. Can be looked at 2 ways:
- There is some dodgy commie crap going on that threatened a2 business i.e. bright screwing it from background with politics to try get in on a2.
- Possibly DB and rest of board got a nice pay under the table from bright to not act and is in on screwing a2 over. Maybe why has done bare minimum and kept silent. Was wishy washy on answering anything either when questioned about it.
I think the latter cant be ruled out. There is just too much bs and inaction here and not enough transparency. Could even be a bit of both here. Either way he needs the boot now as this synlait/bright has been a failure for a2.
