There is an interesting background to Innovaero. BAE took an equity position in October 2023, so under a year ago. One of Innovaero's shareholders is Cfoam, (ASX CFO) currently suspended and doing little. Operated and controlled by Garry Steinpreis, a well known name in Perth business circles. CFO partly bankrolled Innovaero with some Con Notes in the past 24 months, all of which Innovaero repaid on October 23, probably with BAE's investment funds, though I do not know that for a fact, but Innovaero announced BAE's investment on 30 October, so I am pretty confident that is what happened

CFO looks like it is looking for business opportunities, currently financing a company involved in providing leases on EV's only. Point of all this, is that CFO/Steinpreis being somewhat "involved" in all of this, does make me wonder if he is already a shareholder in A3D, or could become one? all conjecture on my part, but an indication to me, that at least some of the Perth moneymen will be well aware of A3D/Innovaero and BAE tie up.

A3D are hitching some of their success to a Company that is, on its own largely a research and developer and hence, always in need of funds to continue with that work. That is a negative in my view, BUT, and its a big BUT, with BAE coming to the party and with their connections to Government and Defence Departments, and A3D's previous mention in times gone by of BAE, I don't think funds to continue development will be an issue. and for A3D, there could be opportunities outside of Innovaero to work with BAE directly.

So another step in the right direction.
