    Just the usual regarding the low volumes, nothing to see here. I don't think the price is being artificially suppressed, looks a lot like stale holders looking to exit. Understandable given the share price history. Once shares have moved into the hands of those with a positive longer term view the share price should bounce pretty strongly (given number of SOI and expected developments towards the end of the year).
