Basically, we have picked up a strategic stake of circa 12% in Alliance at a steeply discounted price.
I suppose some thanks must (begrudgingly) be afforded to Morgan Stanley and their co-conspirators as, if it wasn't for their shenanigans, the price of Li stocks would be significantly higher today and the price we would have paid would have been significantly higher.
