I have to say this sounds like a really bad deal for the company and the the share holders alike. What are you going to do with that sort of money? Sounds like they need some better management to run the company.
Its almost like their deliberately running the company into the ground.
The mind boggles.
The company has some huge exploration areas and nothing ever comes out of it.
Unbelievable.
I think its time to get back to basics and look at mining the assets they have to generate some cash instead of giving assets away like this.
Crazy stuff.
