Having sold into the recent rally. I am happy to hold now to 1.60 or so and then I would look to buy more as there would be a discount to NAV. Remember land is good but the return on assets in the business is terrible 2-3% most years 5% in a good year. Saying that there does seem to be Billionaire out there that wants to own land!
