read the latesr hy report. Capex has been cut by $26m, requiring only $5m to build road etc for bbm. Pci is even cheaper as it is a dig and ship operation.
all this made possible by 3 factors:
1. The doable but tricky upper barito river,
2. Jim coleman's expertise,
3. barging from vietnam.
so aahana and cokal need eaxh other. What cokal offers is the tenements and jim coleman (whose corner also is cheered by dom pat)
