I listened to this but not an accountant. Even some of the analysts seemed to struggle to fully understand the issues. The message I took away from the CFO and his assistant was that there is no cash-flow impact, other than the expected impact of deferring the price rises as some sort of goodwill gesture related to the windfall gains made from lower than usually expected claims during Covid.
I trust they will have picked up some at least of the Foreign Students business and that the NDIS services will produce early and growing profits over years to come.
