I just told you my honest experience as a customer in decent and honest fashion.
I said very good things about the website design and the service.
Seems that you didnt read my text.
As a customer i was annoyed about the expensive prices and that i found it unsatisfactory that there is no sound in these Video Clips.
Why should i hide that?

I thought it was interesting for the board members how my honest experience of this product is.
Because there a many people here who are invested in this company.
