    Yes AB1 Hold 25 Million ICI Shares....and there is provision for another $3 Million dollars worth of shares in ICI if They achieve certain Milestones with the Game Portfolio they Purchased from Us.Think they can possibly get another 17 Million Shares....(approx)....They should also still be paying us some Cash in Tranches.
