Ann: AB1 Invests in Dapper Labs, the company behind CryptoKitties, page-26

It's been a while since I've read those announcements, so I'm a little rusty on the details, but my best recollection is ab1 gets their cut after 1 mil profit total for a term of up to 3 yrs? And up to $3 mil to be paid in ICI shares. Ab1 is still assisting ici in developing their games.

The revenues when ab1 had them were substantial but so was the upkeep on them, the last year ab1 reported a fy loss of over 8m. Dropping them allowed ab1 to make the big staff and cost cuts that's put us where we are today. ICI believes it has a business structure more suited to that type of game portfolio and may be in a position to benefit more than ab1 could with its current direction.
