Fantastic deal - I think it could also benefit iCandy (ICI), since AB1 is one of the biggest shareholders there. AB1 sold its game portfolio to ICI for scripts that gave ICI an eventual 350m gamers on its platform. I think there is a play there where AB1 will use its AI technology to help revenue at ICI and rope in iClick for ads on games. ICI looks relatively cheap at the mo IMO.
