I don't think today's SP action is purely linked to this announcement, albeit it was clearly the catalyst for the hike.
Since the DFS, there has been a steady stream of positive news but the market has held firm in its sentiment. This appears to be an overdue breakout which many have predicted.
Very few opportunities left, IMO, to top up at this low price. I topped up last week!
