I assume Bruce did the presentation so at least he is prepared to front the peanut gallery. Apart from that, BMG is invisible in the market and am curious what the "media and investor relations" guy does? Answer the phone and read the newspaper?
I might email him and ask what he charges. Obviously there are no performance incentives.
