I am slightly miffed to the point where I feel I should write to ASIC; many points stick in my mind; dare I say grounds for a CA if proved; many have lost money here; I have lost a bit not that much but I feel strongly that reporting was dreadfull & SP action discrepancies maybe apparent. Maybe there is a need to put the info spun to shareholders down on paper as the results presented do not appear to match the outcome IMO.

For instance
1. The trial mining period; there was no mention of the Coyote plant in fact I was impressed that a processing plant was onsite and I had trial recovered gold results in order to invest. The Coyote plant & haulage costs came out of the blue and I was not informed of this decision; since the initial processing assessment was done on-site I expected a fast transition to gold production; in fact I had costs & production & could likely work out AISC.
2. The head grade fiasco; this went on for weeks if not months; "the gold is locked up behind liners or else where"; everyone knows that head grade is sampled before entering the plant; this statement appears quite deceptive; SP trading in this era appears IMO to be possibly leading the news.

OK; I will write to ASIC as a 1st step; need some accountability here!!!!!
