Bob, I agree that it can still be turned around if the determination and ideas are there.
Good idea to send off your thoughts to Brett. No point in any of us getting on HC and telling other posters what Brett should or shouldn't do, tell the bloke himself. He said he hasn't looked at HC for years.
You never know what idea may spark his interest. Its our company as much, if not more than his.
