think the biggest asset of the TAM plant is the proximity - whatever a "used" plant may cost - imagine the cost of taking it apart and shipping it up there ???
At this stage it is a def. possibility but looks like ABU has put in sufficient DD to ensure they are not getting "stuck" with something that won't serve the purpose
chuck and bigjig (and Darren) have pointed out the bonus of the TAM plant: CIL unit - dual ore purpose - higher recoveries and the possibility of LT having 2 mills and being able to process all year.
