One of the biggest costs is fuel to run the plants and haulage-theres a lot of that. Prices are more favourable in this area than they have been for a long while, and this goes straight to the bottom line. Cross fingers...
I'm looking on the bright side- there area danger areas in quality of ore, but think that there has been a bit too much pessimism. Once this hurdle is gone the price should head up to maybe $1.50?
