A comment in the MLX quarterly is at odds with an important condition in the takeover bid.
MLX have just stated that an alternative superior offer to theirs needs to be made within 5 days of the date of their revised offer (26th April) i.e. before Monday 2nd May, whereas ABY have stipulated that they will allow 5 business days for a superior offer to eventuate i.e. by the end of Tuesday 3rd May.
Two days difference. Someone hasn't got their facts straight.
