Arrowsmith North cleared for 10 years and Arrowsmith Central cleared for only 5 years. I think we have the reason for the delay. Surely they are not going to set up a plant and shut it down after 5 or 10 years and yet there is nothing about extending the term of the agreement. What is going on?
