I went through a similar process when PLL re-domiciled back in April/May. Like with PLL, you receive 1 CDI for each share of ABR you hold on the ASX. The ASX listing remains, albeit it is secondary to the NASDAQ listing. No disadvantage, if anything - they tend to round up not down if the equivalent number of shares doesn't line up.
