    I think ppl think we need everything in place for the Nasdaq listing. We do not - the Nasdaq listing is not a cap raise event. We have the $50m in the bank and will be chasing corporate debt to fund the next stage. I am well aware that that there will be dilution of shares but that will be done at a much higher SP
