ABR management could make things a lot worse before it gets better. I have a buy in at 2:10 and I sold some at 2:40. Who needs a private placement! Sorry to be so negative, just frustrated.
Meanwhile in a parallel universe the private placement was made at a 12% premium to the VWAP, about A$2.6, and shares are now trading at A$3 going into the listing. Listing date is set and the brokers announcements take it over US$4 on day one.
